Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to serve as
a primary point of contact with customers, promoting retention and
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer health and develop intervention plans to stabilize
at-risk clients
Lead customer expansion and margin opportunities, ensuring smooth
transitions and project management
Perform customer retention risk assessments and off-boarding
activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2-3 years experience in a corporate customer service setting
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments
effectively
Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment in decision-making
