Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Engagement Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to enroll and
schedule members in lifestyle management or clinical coaching
Explain platform features and services available to members based
on their employer-sponsored health program
Document interactions and follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure
confidentiality
Required Qualifications
GED or High School diploma supplemented by technical medical
knowledge and/or computer courses
Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service and
sales-driven environment, preferably in healthcare
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
programs and the ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and
healthcare professionals
College coursework is desirable
