Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal MotoSport Gearhead to
provide exceptional customer service and support in the power
sports industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide concierge-level service to customers via phone, chat, and
email
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue
resolution
Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining strong customer
relationships
Required Qualifications
Experience in the Powersports industry preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of six months of customer service/sales experience
preferred
Strong product knowledge of Dirt Bikes, ATVs/UTVs, and/or Street
Bikes required
Basic computer operating skills and proficiency in Microsoft
Office
