Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Coordinator to manage
customer renewals and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely
and accurate renewals
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular
interactions and understanding their needs
Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms to align with
customer needs and company goals
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the SaaS industry
Experience with managing SaaS renewals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of favorable contract
outcomes
Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or
similar tools
