To keep serving these children adequately and add ABA therapy to our line of offerings, we saw the need to open MGA Behavior Therapy.Now, all therapy is housed together where a team of therapists can work together to better serve patients. Its convenient for you, but most of all, its quality care for your child.Job DescriptionThe IN-HOME Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for managing a team of BTs / RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. The BCBA works closely with the administrative team to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans toward effective patient outcomes. The BCBA models the MGA philosophy and culture in their work through every interaction with patients and stakeholders in the clinic, home, and community. The In-Home BCBA oversees and provides performance coaching and ongoing training to clinical staff.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a caseload of 1015 patients, including treatment planning, caregiver training, and progress evaluationTrain, mentor, and evaluate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) through coaching, performance management, and ongoing supervision during sessionsDevelop and adjust individualized treatment plans, behavior support strategies, and reauthorizations to meet patient needsCollaborate with Caregivers and Clinical Directors to ensure treatment success across home and community settingsSupport quality assurance measures by collecting IOA, treatment fidelity data, and reviewing BT / RBT clinical notes, and performance management tracking.Maintain BCBA certification, uphold ethical standards, and actively engage in professional development and company cultureQualificationsMasters degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or a related fieldTwo (2) years of experience supervisory or management experience preferredBCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and proof of 8-hour supervision trainingMinimum of 2 years of professional experience with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and at least 1 year in ABASkilled in treatment plan development, early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), and report writingStrong desire to work with children and young adultsAdditional InformationBenefits and PayBase Salary: $75K$90K, based on experienceComprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, DCRA, and EAP (with health plan enrollment)Retirement & Insurance: 401(k), Basic Life Insurance (100% covered with health plan), and voluntary coverage options (Life, Disability, Critical Illness)Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and 7 company-paid holidaysMonthly car allowanceCell phone allowanceReady to make a real impact?
