Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Technician at Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

As a Quality Technician, you will:
The Quality Technician will support manufactured test equipment.
Specific duties include mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy.
The candidate will be responsible for direct application of technical skills.
Working within the designated area of expertise, the candidate will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting technicians and Process Engineers.

This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5pm

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Must have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background and be able to read blueprints.
Must have understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.
Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.
3D modeling knowledge with NX, Solidworks, or other software.
High school Diploma OR GED required.

Payrate Range in Between - $22 - $25/hour
