We provide training, a performance-based pay package, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment.If this sounds good to you, we have an opening for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor.The Service Advisor is the primary point-of-contact for customers having their vehicles serviced at the dealership.Your Day-to DaySchedules service appointments by gathering as much information on the needed repairs as possible.Greets customers on the Service Drive, performs a vehicle walk around and properly documents customer concerns for the technicians.Keeps customers informed on needed repairs, changes in cost quotes and the time vehicles will be ready for pick up.Completes an active delivery at the time of customer pick-up, reviews all work performed and goes over the final bill.Maintains excellent customer service scores.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company/manufacturer.Should You Apply?If you have all the skills below, drop what you're doing right now and apply. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
