Job Description:
A company is looking for a US MLRO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and management of compliance activities,
including filing regulatory reports
Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and agencies
such as FinCEN and OFAC
Manage independent audits and regulatory examinations to ensure
compliance with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance managerial
position
3+ years providing compliance oversight, including filing
regulatory reports
Strong knowledge of the U.S. regulatory environment, especially
concerning crypto assets
In-depth experience managing independent audits and regulatory
examinations
