Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Support Specialist responsible
for providing technical support for Finance, HR, and Payroll
products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support and problem resolution for customers
using Microsoft Dynamics Finance and related software
Maintain extensive knowledge of proprietary applications and assist
in training users on best practices
Communicate effectively with customers, follow up on unresolved
issues, and document actions in the help desk system
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of customer service experience
0-2 years of experience in the Higher Education industry
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data structures and ability to identify
patterns
Experience in maintaining good customer relationships
