Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to oversee
accounts receivable and manage contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-level reviews of contract revisions and drafting
Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes
Prepare contract summaries and coordinate with other departments
for contract management
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with legal contracts
Bilingual in English and Spanish with full proficiency
Experience with Clio or other CSM/CRM systems
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work a schedule from 11 AM to 8 PM, with weekends as
needed
