• Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition
• Oversee and perform routine custodial and exterior grounds tasks
• Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipmentQualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience in custodial services, two of which must have been supervisory, which includes knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies, is required.
  • Experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a project that covered multiple facilities of at least 250,000 square feet for all facilities.Additional Information
