Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage
recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles,
ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and optimize
the interview process
Manage HR operations, including onboarding and improving
recruitment workflows
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering and full-cycle
recruitment
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, particularly for
software engineers and sales roles
Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, Paylocity, and
LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational skills with a focus on candidate
experience
