Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while seeking solutions within
compliance and legal requirements
Communicate with customers via multiple channels and navigate
various systems and platforms
Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and
escalate unresolved issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience; call center
experience preferred
Property and Casualty license may be required
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple
systems
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
