Job Description:
A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to assist with
projects managed for a large Life Sciences client.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and manage architectural floor plans and
furniture plans
Maintain CAD files and ensure adherence to client CAD standards
Execute change management processes and develop project goals and
objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant
experience; Master's degree preferred
AutoCAD drawing experience is required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including
Excel
Intermediate math skills for complex calculations
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
