Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative II to
assist customers in utilizing their software effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify tools and features to enhance customer subscriptions
Monitor premium customers to prevent churn and provide training as
needed
Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to the product
team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
High aptitude for quickly learning new software
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or SMB environments preferred
