Job Summary: We seek a Content Acquisition Lead to join our Latino Programming Team. This role will acquire TV and video-on-demand rights from national content partners for distribution via Echostar's satellite television and internet platforms.The Programming Team guides DISH's programming strategy, manages relationships with programming partners, and negotiates content acquisition and renewal deals. We analyze network viewership and financials to support discussions with content partners and identify business opportunities.

• Assist in DISH's preparation process for negotiations with content partners
• Participate in content acquisition discussions and renewal negotiations
• Analyze contractual agreements with support from the legal team
• Create analyses on network viewership and financials
• Proactively analyze media and pay TV industry trends to drive internal content strategyRequirements: Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of experience; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; passion for Spanish-language television and video business; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with ability to analyze data; comfortable reading and understanding contract language.Compensation: $72,350 - $103,400 per year; versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and flexible time away plan.
