Job Description:

A company is looking for a Managed Services Specialist (Internal Only).

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new subscribers and provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365
Document interactions and monitor open cases using Salesforce
Participate in departmental projects and strive for first-call resolution

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of endpoint security
MS-900 Certification (Preferred)
CompTIA Security+ certification (Preferred)
