Job Description:
A company is looking for an Installation Specialist to deliver
installation and upgrade projects across multiple product
lines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute installation and upgrade projects
according to established processes
Maintain current project documentation in the CBORD NetSuite
system
Act as an escalation point for post-installation or upgrade
issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CBORD product support experience with strong
knowledge of at least one major CBORD product
General knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems,
virtualization platforms, and network communication
Basic skills in using Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate off-hour
installations and upgrades
Self-directed with the ability to follow processes and meet
deadlines
