Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Lead responsible for
managing technology operations and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of analysts and technicians to ensure effective
support and implementation of IT services
Oversee project and change management, ensuring quality and
alignment with business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and
stakeholders to align IT services with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-4 years of experience in a related field
Broad technical knowledge of hardware and applications, including
Windows Server and MS Office
Experience with service desk incident tracking software
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively
