A company is looking for a Global Programs Lead in Professional Services.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-impact programs aligned with organizational objectives, establishing governance frameworks and accountability
Engage with senior leadership to present insights, performance metrics, and program progress for strategic decision-making
Collaborate with leadership and product teams to assess feasibility and optimize the Professional Services portfolio through innovative investment programs


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in process/program management with strong analytical and reporting skills
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence decision-making at executive levels
Experience with modern tools and platforms for program management, such as SQL, MS Project, and Tableau/Power BI
Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence reporting, translating data into actionable insights
