(Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective customers and explain services offered
Troubleshoot issues for customers and providers
Collaborate with the development team on product changes and
suggest improvements to customer service procedures
Required Qualifications
1+ year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service
role
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple
platforms
