A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join
their Hospitality Management Software team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new clients through the integration process and provide
ongoing support
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and
satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote
software adoption
Required Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience in customer success or hospitality
operations
Exceptional technical skills with computers and systems
Experience in hotel operations or similar roles
Highly organized and proactive with proven leadership ability
Legally authorized to work in the United States
