Job Description:
A company is looking for an IP Paralegal to support all aspects
of the IP function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an intellectual property portfolio, including patents and
trademarks
Support IP litigation efforts, including compliance with discovery
requests
Collaborate with Legal SMEs to maintain knowledge base materials
and drive training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Associate's degree in
legal services with a paralegal certificate preferred
5 or more years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in
intellectual property and litigation
Strong organizational and program management skills
Ability to learn and use various tools for organization and program
management
Located in the U.S. Pacific timezone
