Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist to
handle customer escalations and resolve complex technical
issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer escalations using ITIL-based
processes
Provide remote system repair and basic user training for
applications
Collaborate with Tier III teams to address emergent customer
issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Associate degree in Networking and Systems Administration or
equivalent experience
3-5 years of help desk experience in a professional environment
Technical understanding of modems, routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP,
and DHCP
Experience with network monitoring platforms or custom tools
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
