Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Legal Mobility Counsel in the
US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and strategy for U.S. business immigration
services
Review and approve submissions prepared by Immigration
Specialists
Conduct training sessions on immigration laws and best practices
for internal teams
Qualifications and Requirements
JD with admission to any U.S. state bar
Minimum 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience
Experience with high-volume O-1, E-2, H, and L NIV filings, and
EB-1 and EB-2 IV filings
Ability to secure malpractice insurance
Technology proficiency
