Position Summary:

As a Physical Therapist at Action Potential Physical Therapy, you will:

--- Deliver personalized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

--- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

--- Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to optimize patient care.

--- Foster strong relationships with both staff and the community we serve.

--- Utilize a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation, reporting, and data collection.

--- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

--- Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

--- Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
