Seeking a motivated PreOP PACU Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced ASC environment.

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Providing quality patient care using the nursing process and medical plan of care
  
• Supporting patients in various specialties, including Orthopedics, ENT, General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology
  
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in a timely and effective manner
  
  
  Required qualifications include:
  
  • 
    
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
    
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in PreOP/PACU
    
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred
    
  • Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
    
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
    
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation
    
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions
    
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
