Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager
responsible for onboarding and retaining customers while supporting
professional development for teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Onboards new customers and develops customer success plans
Conducts back-to-school and mid-year review meetings
Provides ongoing support for professional development and training
for teachers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of closing experience preferred
Experience in K-12 education/administration is beneficial
Thorough understanding of products and services provided to
clients
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
